AEROBIC INSTRUCTOR  COURSE

This course will provide you with effective proven teaching techniques to help you achieve a successful fitness instructor career!

More is expected of today's group fitness professional than ever before. As the fitness industry has evolved, traditional aerobics has expanded to include an array of diverse group fitness programs.

Understanding effective communication, teaching techniques and motivational skills enables BPAPF-certified group fitness instructors to successfully develop and implement safe and effective group exercise programs, and engage their participants using personal passion, creativity and enthusiasm.

This course will teach you in:-
Human Anatomy
Kinesiology
Exercise Physiology

POWER LATINO™  COURSE

Nowadays, fitness industry keeps changing and introducing new ideas of workout, which is to make it more different and more choices to the clients. Xumbalatino™ is more on latin music with latin movement like merengue, samba, rhumba, cumbia and etc.

This Xumbalatino™  is very fantastic because it creates an enjoyable environment and can be followed by anyone.  Even the client who has never joined any aerobic session can follow it.

Benefit

This class can burn up to 1,000 calories in one hour session. It can also shape your body especially your waist, belly and butt.

STEP AEROBIC  COURSE

Step workout is one of the most popular workouts in the fitness industry.  This course will teach you the fundamental principles of structuring a safe and effective Step workout. Step workout is a variation of general aerobic class using a step platform to increase intensity.

Master class and choreography handouts are provided along with a workshop manual. You will learn all the basic Step moves, plus how to incorporate impact, direction, step approach, style, arm lines, linking and combining moves, and the use of music. This will enable you to create many different step routines for your own classes.

 how to build and develop choreography from base moves using choreographic variations and appropriate learning curves to suit all levels
 teaching skills, effective verbal and visual cueing, class communication/interaction, instruction and performance techniques

BELLYBHANGFIT  COURSE

Bellydance is a traditional Middle East Dance Style, while Bhangra is based on music from Punjabi. This music becomes more famous especially after added with hip hop & disco music. BellyBhangfit is combination movement between bellydance & bhangra moves, focusing on cardio fitness level & for maximum training heart rate.

MUSIC CHOREOGRAPHY  COURSE

Most instructors are stuck when they have no idea to make the class more fun, enjoyable and using creative movements. This course is designed to guide you how to make more creative movements by using the music as your guideline.

This practical course is designed to develop your teaching skills by providing you with the knowledge to develop more advanced styles of choreography and introduce the use of resistance into a class setting.

This course aims to provide all newly qualified Exercise to Music Instructors with the knowledge and skills to plan and teach effective choreography.

Why should take this course?

We will teach how to understand the music character whether this music is staccato or legato. You will never regret because it will teach thousand of ideas of choreography movements.

The aim is to provide you with additional teaching skills and knowledge to plan and deliver many different types of movement with different types of music presentation - this is essential for all group exercise instructors so that they can vary their classes.
