PERSONAL LOSE WEIGHT TRAINING

  this training/program will teach you how to control your diet and give you the right exercise techniques

  the training system is on one-to-one basis and divided into 10 sessions

  each session will take 30 - 60 minutes and will be held 3 - 4 times a week

  after 21 days, you will lose your weight up to 9 kg

  the training is designed to fit your body type and capability

Suitability: all fitness levels
Coordination required: moderate



PERSONAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM

rehabilitation is an important part in the recovery process of many illnesses, injuries and surgeries that results in physical or neurological impairments

 rehabilitation addresses a wide variety of impairments and problems. For example, someone may be experiencing limited or painful movements of hands, arms, legs or other parts of the body. Balance may also be a problem. Or it could be be problems with breathing, swallowing or even talking.

 rehabilitation is intended to help an individual recover as fully as possible and where full recovery is not possible, to function without any limitations as independantly as possible
